Building Envelopes in the form of structural glazing, make the most part of modern architecture now a days. They are aesthetically appealing, and energy efficient simultaneously. How do I choose a right product for my facade?
It depends on which portion of the building you are covering. If a dead wall is to be covered, you have options of going with Aluminium sheets, Wood Plastic composite Panels, Linear Facades with profiled metal sheets, Zinc metal cladding, Architectural Terracotta and even a low budgeted Cement bonded planks. The opened areas can be covered with Structural/Curtainwall glazing, Clear Glass facade with Stainless steel assemblies. If services/ducts are to be covered you may go with Louvered Facades or Linear Facades etc.

Facades are exposed to extreme weathering conditions, like rain, storm, cyclones etc. Is it safe to beat the external forces?
Yes. We design our facades especially the glass portions, like structural/Curtainwall glazing, Glass Railings, Aluminium windows which are the most critical off the lot, before suggesting any system for the facade. We have empanelled qualified structural designers to vouch for our designs. That's how we trust our system of offering value with our services.

Can we get an information on the offering with different brands of materials before starting the work?
Yes. Our offer is very exhaustive with all the information on the quality of major materials including its standards, and brands which are tested and recommended by the facade consultants world over.

Can I get a set of working drawings to be referred to?
Yes. The fabrication and erection plan drawings shall be available to the customers on finalisation of the project and before commencing the works. We have a provision to explain the drawings to the clients/consultants for basic understanding and also clarifications etc.

What are the choices available for glass and its types?
There are enormous types of glasses available with major manufacturers and their respective processors. They are called performance glasses. It could be Single glass of 6mm thick or more or could be insulated glass panels of 24mm thick and onwards.

How do I know when to start working on the facades?
Facades are the most sought item in a building construction. It distinguishes itself in the neighbourhood. Hence, the facade must be planned much in advance with specialised expert designers or consultants from the initial stage of the constrction. Special budgeting is also a part of the planning process.
